Dolce Vita's annual Ornament Swap!
Although I have been reading Micaela's blog for a few years now, this year was my first participating in her annual Ornament Swap. She emailed me my partner and to my surprise I was paired with the lovely Claire <3. I had the best partner! Look at how special and thoughtful her ornaments were. Funny thing is she sent me four and I sent her four without talking at all about our plans ha! Not only did she think of me but she thought of my babies as well, I feel so blessed to have Claire a part of me. Thank you Claire <3
A wine glass filled with wine for me : this made me laugh because I immediately thought of my Sister-in-laws telling Claire about my drunky nights haha! A perfect Helicopter for my Crewchief: Marco loved this! Yes, a helicopter noise was made as soon as he held it. Bri was blessed with a cute hello kitty wearing little pearls.. she's always so fancy. Sollie's first ornament is the cutest! A little pink elephant wearing a scarf. Thank you again Claire. Our naked tree is now complete.
Tamales mmmmmmmm Tamales
I can't wait for Christmas season to come along because of the wonderful food and of course tamales. My nana Luz and my nana Lucy make the best tamales ever! None I have ever bought or made have come near to the taste of theirs. Last year was my first year making them and Marco said they were good but I just couldn't get myself to eat them with such enjoyment as he. So this year I changed my recipe for disaster and gave it another try, this year Bri decided to help me fill them... until Daddy turned on halo. We will see how they turn out....
the COLD is HERE
Even though it doesn't snow often in Arizona it is freezing, we have turned off our AC and officially turned on the heater. I hope everyone is staying warm and bundled up! By the end of next week I will be with my Lechuga Family and hogging up every moment with FEFE <3 in the Snow! How excited am I!

I was so excited when Claire told me about the ornaments she got you (how sweet is she to think of each of your babies? Marco included!). They're even cuter than I pictured :) that elephant with the ears! so perfect for Sollie Bollie's first Christmas. I can just hear Kuya's helicopter sound ;) i bet he was flying it around while he was making said sound effects.

ahhh that is the CUTEST photo of your girls! look how teeny Sully looks! I love their hats and their smiles. I can't wait to love on my beautiful nieces!!!! We're going to have SO MUCH fun this Christmas :)
