Olive Juice <3
What a wonderful weekend we had, Sunday my mama came by to visit at 8:00 pm ... so no pictures were taken of me being a brew. Monday my dad drove up spending our early Christmas together! We ate breakfast at our local Queen Creek Olive Mill mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I had the Josephina: lightly sauteed spinach, fresh chopped tomatoes, artichoke & roasted garlic tapenade, fluffy egg frittata. So delicious!

The girls had a wonderful visit with Santa, Marisol wasn't amused at all. Look at their picture!

A Snug Lifesaver
Marisol can be such a busy bee, there are days when she loves to jump and jump and jump in her Baby Einsteins jumpy thing, the moment we lay her on the floor I am paranoid that the moment she coughs she has swallowed a penny or is choking on one of Briana's toys she overlooked when picking up. Marisol's back is becoming stronger and stronger everyday and I truly believe this Mamas & Papas Baby Snug is the reason why. It has been an easy lifesaver even during her fussy moments. Here she is! She doesn't look so happy but trust me she is.
The lies... keep coming... so make a book!
Okay, Bri's lies are becoming more frequent and she has just upset me with disappointment and shock. Grounding, yelling, scolding, and taking away toys has done nothing so her task was to write a book about lies and what it does to everyone involved. She read the story to us last night and I am very pleased with what she has claimed she's learned but the only way to prove she has learned is to wait for another lie? Sad. I hate lying, just as bad as I dislike liars. I feel like I have honestly tried everything and I feel like a fool in front of Marco. Being a single parent for so long has only enhanced the "poor Bri syndrome and everyone feels sorry for her.. but why? She has everything she needs and then some, and she has a wonderful Father figure in her life now so what is it? What has everyone else done with their little liars?

I laughed at the "brew" - get ready to look like that while in TX! no, we can't this time because we NEED to take photos for our blogs ;) LOL our last visit didn't count since I just gave birth and it was acceptable to stay in brew mode every day. (also? i'm hungry for food now reading about Queen Creek Olive Mill)
ReplyDeleteOH MY GOSH. How you withhold from sending Sollie & BriBri's pic with Santa is beyond me! in fact, i'm mad at you my favorite ;) THE CUTEST PHOTO EVER! I adore unimpressed Sollie's hand on Santa. And her tights! your girls are like your love Gwen : fashionistas! Sollie looks so much like baby us (and even Baby Maddie) in this photo <3 I can't believe I'm going to get hug her SOON!!!!

I think every little girl goes through a "lying" phase. At least it shows she's got some imagination right? :) That's the PMA in me speaking! Sneak her book with you so her aunties can read it lol
