My water these days
consist of 2 lemons cut into slices, half a cucumber in slices, and a couple mint leaves. I have made this every night this past week and have left it in the refrigerator to infuse and oh my goodness water! I am in love!! I have been having to make it every night because by the time I get home Bri has drank whatever I have leftover in the container. I have read that it can be used as a detox and a belly flattener, this was a lifesaver during Hot Yoga on Wednesday when I challenged myself to the more advanced class and yes!, I did awesome! The class is much faster and there is a steady flow that just makes you want to keep moving, I will be attending this class every chance I get. If you visit Hot Yoga University's Facebook page you will see me tagged in the pictures (posted below, and borrowed/taken from their page) along with the ASU Girls Rowing Team! Although, I am a Wildcat forever it was pretty cool being in this class with such strong woman.

I am not in the last picture to the right but this pose was my fav during this class. SINCE we are on the Yoga subject; my practicing Yogi cousin is doing awesome in Bikram Yoga (a little different then Hot Yoga) Look at him in Locust Pose (pic below), doesn't he make it look so easy! I am so proud of you Niki. He has been practicing Bikram Yoga since October along with my Aunt Judy, hopefully I can get a picture of the three of us being Yogis together.
Tommy Tippee

I miss having something to watch on Bravo, honestly I am tired of the current scene. BUT!! Gretchen Rossi posted this picture on her Instagram and I gasped! haha so excited to see my Orange County Girls back! <3 I hope you redeem yourself Andy. He is secretly my gay bestfriend but just doesn't know it yet :)

My heart belongs to Daryl Dixon this season on The Walking Dead ... Sigh**** I tried so hard not to love anyone just because they can be gone so quickly but I cannot help it with Daryl. Look at him can you blame me.. I know during the show he looks nothing like this but he is just so cute. I follow his instagram @bigbaldhead and find myself checking up on him at least four times a day... OMG!!! oh ! and he likes cats. 
When I stayed at the W hotel (I was fancy once haha) and went to their spa, they had cucumbers in the water and it was SO good! Why haven't I thought to do that in my own home? I'm with Bri-- I would drink what's left too ;) ha
ReplyDeleteI was blown away when I saw the photos on fB! I love your legs in that first photo. Seeing photos of you, you can see how much yoga has changed your life, and not just physically. You've never looked more happy! You'll be doing the locust pose like Niki in no time :) (SO IMPRESSIVE!)

I don't watch the Real Housewives like I used to, but I was surprised to find that Carole Radziwill was a housewife! I read her memoir "What Remains" awhile back and was moved so much by her words, I made Chip read it (back when we were just friends!) If you haven't read it, you have to! You can have my copy :)

I love Yoga, there is always someway to get better. Some days your good at one thing and the next day you suck, its a trying game :). LOL! I will make sure and have lots of water, and cucumbers here for you. Isn't it funny! I bet when they are older at the club they are going to pretend to be sisters haha! oh great now we have to worry about them haha. I LOVE Carole! yes!! please bring it. haha Chip was probably thinking "okay, but don't tell anyone" haha
